Guest Policy

Guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring member at time of entry and must complete the Guest Registration information each time they come to the pool.

Each guest is limited to 10 visits per pool season unless accompanied by an adult pool member.

People who live in the neighborhoods of Olde Forge or Surrey Square, and who don’t belong to another neighborhood pool, are not permitted as guests except during times when the pool is open to all (e.g., an Open House) or when invited to a special party.

Members may bring their extended vertical family (i.e., parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren) and their out-of-town house guests to the pool without paying guest fees. Members must alert the guards to the presence of these guests so that their names may be added to the member's information sheet (to avoid necessity of completing Guest Registration form on each visit).

To avoid possible under-staffing, members bringing a group of more than 10 guests (e.g., birthday, soccer parties) must arrange in advance for a date and time, and must pay a fee and deposit. Booking such arrangements is first come/first served. Unless they are exceptionally large, group parties are not guaranteed exclusive use of any area and may have to share the facilities with other parties. Guests should be accompanied by an adult member of the pool. If not accompanied by an adult member, then the member child must use a pre-paid guest pass or must pay the additional fee.

Prospective members are permitted one free visit.

Any one caught evading the guest policy and fee, or signing in under another name will be expelled for the day.

Fees:

Individual, one day $5.00 ($8.00 if not paid by adult

Individual, one day, after 6:00 PM      $2.00 ($4.00 if not paid by adult member)
10-guest pass card                           $30. Card is kept at the pool. (To purchase, contact Treasurer)
Parties                                            $25 or $3 for each non- member, whichever is cheaper, plus $25
